The automation containers are designed to customer specifications for every part. The design is based on the product or a technical drawing which is transformed into a 3D drawing. The containers are stackable and guarantee optimal and secure transportation of parts. The workpiece carriers are also rotary stackable when required. This effects a lower return transportation volume, because the empty containers can be nested inside each other after being rotated by 180 degrees. |
Manufacture: The automation containers can be manufactured in the single-sheet or twin-sheet process. In the twin-sheet
process the workpiece carrier is constructed from two welded panels, producing a high level of rigidity, i.e. minimum container sagging. Upper and lower side of the container fit together precisely.
