The LAYERPAD system is a variable and cost-effective transportation solution. As in the case of Mega-Box DELTA, the main element of the system is a layerpad with side contours. These contours have two functions. On the one hand they fix the layerpad onto a base pallet and on the other hand they are designed for fixing customized compartments from below and above.

Due to different requirements of possible stacking loads, there are two LAYERPAD types available:

LAYERPAD Light
Designed for the transportation of light-weight products, for example injection moulded parts like headlamps or products from the pharmaceutical industry.

LAYERPAD Standard
Designed for the transportation of moderately severe parts. For example oil pumps, motor starters or climatic compressors from the automotive industry.
