Tracking and identification of load carriers using RFID tags
At the LogiMAT, we will present an intelligent reusable large-load carrier from the MegaPack folding system series whose pallet is equipped with two RFID tags. Before shipping, the company stores a serial number on the transponders as well as additional information on the customer's request, such as content or load information. The stored data can then be queried and updated via radio at important logistics points, such as the points of incoming and outgoing goods. Every load carrier that is equipped with RFID tags can be identified and tracked in the supply chain like this.

Automated handling of workpieces
With our deep-drawn load carriers, we also presents solutions for the automated handling of workpieces in palletizing stations. The workpiece carriers and small containers have torsion-resistant frame constructions for secure stacking and specific reference contours for correct positioning within the stations. This makes it possible to speedily remove and insert workpieces with a higher repetition accuracy. Equipped with barcodes and RFID labels, workpiece carriers and small containers can also be turned into intelligent load carriers whose data can be recorded, processed and analyzed.
