Heavy components made from metal, for example for large machines or the automotive industry, can be transported safely from A to B in our heavy-duty containers. The containers are manufactured in a twin-sheet process and are used as very stable transport boxes for transferring heavy transport goods. Their double-walled design combined with the ribbed structure make the containers ultra-robust.
The heavy-duty transport boxes are manufactured in one work step, so that no inserts are required for a pre-formed component holder. The bottom has a drawn-in bottom contour, resulting in higher packing densities than in injection-molded containers. This saves storage and transport costs. Our heavy-duty containers are reusable and 100% recyclable.

The bottom on the inside of the container is molded exactly to the component to be transported. The transported goods thus have a secure fit during the entire transport process.
The underside is equipped with a drawn-in bottom contour to fit the component, saving a lot of space for each container. For example, a metal rack can hold 5 layers of heavy-duty containers instead of 4, which saves costs in the long run. Carbon emissions are also reduced as fewer transport runs are required for the same amount.
The containers are made of two HDPE sheets connected to each other in a twin-sheet process. Their ribbed structure ensures extremely high stiffness and stability. Compared to injection-molded containers, heavy-duty containers made of HDPE are more durable and stable.
