The MegaPack JUMBO X is our large load carrier for load-free bearing of heavy components on several levels. An integrated intermediate floor system enables a stable horizontal division of the interior (division into halves or thirds).

The sturdy twin-sheet intermediate floors are firmly hooked into the folding sleeve and do not rest on the level below. There is no load transfer to products. The maximum payload of an intermediate floor is 200 kg.

Step 01
For storage and return of empties using the MegaPack JUMBO X, first the lid and the interlayers are removed.

Step 03
The folded containers can be stacked as individual load units.

Step 02
The foldable sleeve is folded and placed centrally on the pallet. The lid is then put back on.

Step 04
The interlayers are placed vertically in a built-up container.
