Technical Data

Our solar containers are specially designed for the international transport of solar modules. The sturdy and closed plastic containers protect the modules from weather, dirt and damage from floor conveyors. Guide rails inside the containers ensure efficient positioning and firm support of the solar modules. This also prevents functional damages caused by vibration or collision.

At the same time, the fixing eliminates the need for additional individual cardboard packaging or film wrapping, as needed in wooden racking. This not only saves time during loading and unloading, it also helps reduce packaging waste. Likewise, the containers are reusable and can be used over a long period of time, which saves money as well as carbon emissions in the long run. The reduction in volume saves a lot of space in empty return transport.

Features

Precisely fitting guide rails

Solar modules are transported standing horizontally in our containers (other popular methods: standing vertically or lying flat). To prevent the modules from slipping, knocking against each other or vibrating during transport, they are inserted into guide rails. Besides offering protection, these rails also make handling easier when loading and unloading the solar modules.

Stable trilaminate sleeve

In contrast to cardboard boxes or transport in wooden racks, our containers have a plastic sleeve to protect solar modules from external influences. This prevents damage from weather or handling.
