Reporting information security events

The security of our information is Söhner Kunststofftechnik's highest priority. In order to identify potential threats early and respond to them appropriately, we offer the option of reporting information security events by email. This procedure is designed to protect our employees, customers, business partners and the company as a whole.
 

If you notice a security event, such as suspicious activities, possible data breaches or other incidents that could affect the security of our IT infrastructure, please let us know. Our top priority is to ensure the security and integrity of our information.
 

Examples of events that can be reported include:

• Unauthorized access to confidential data or systems
• Suspected cyber attacks or phishing attempts
• Loss or theft of devices containing sensitive data
• Misuse of IT systems or network resources
• Vulnerabilities in software or IT processes
• Violations of data protection policies
