The right large load carrier for every requirement
With the MegaPack folding systems, Söhner has one of the largest ranges of large load carriers in Europe. The foldable containers’ basic dimensions range from 800 x 600 mm to 2250 x 1495 mm as standard. At Hispack 2022, the packaging company will present container types for various requirements. These include a MegaPack JUMBO for heavy loads, a MegaPack GAMMA for light loads and an ESD large load carrier for electrostatically sensitive components (ESDS).
Safe transport of batteries
Another highlight of this year's exhibition stand is a packaging unit for the transport of batteries. The unit consists of several plastic load carriers inserted into a steel frame. Their twin-sheet thermoforming production gives the load carriers high durability as well as precisely fitting component nests. These ensure slip-free transport and minimize the risk of damage.
Customized container solutions
In addition to the MegaPack large load carriers and battery packaging, customized packaging solutions will be on display at the Söhner exhibition stand. For example, the company will present a cable harness container used in the automotive industry, as well as workpiece carriers and packaging made of twin-wall sheets such as dividers and stacking boxes.
